Summer Activities for Kids 5 – 12
Manager Erika Ibarra Zepeda leads Kids For All Seasons and KidsWell. Erika has a psychology and children’s studies background, with over 15 years of experience working with kids. Here are the program details:
KidsWell: This mindful program offers complimentary daily practices to relax the body and mind. Activities include bubble-blowing breathwork, gratitude journaling, guided meditation, and rainbow relaxation watercolor classes. These wellbeing-focused activities foster connections with nature, promote focus and self-awareness, and encourage better sleep. The activities are free for kids ages 5-12 and are held daily from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm. Select experiences are available for an additional cost.
Kids For All Seasons: This original kids club offers art and cultural activities introducing Riviera Nayarit’s vibrant Huichol community. Kids can make spiritual symbols known as Ojos de Dios (God’s Eyes), enjoy a private piñata party with a traditional piñata song (Dale, Dale, Dale), and craft dreamcatchers.
These programs make Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita a perfect destination for children to learn, relax, and have fun.
Summer Activities for Teens 13 -19
Guests aged 13 to 19 can enjoy The Container, a vibrant indoor-outdoor teen center. It offers interactive programming, a “no adults allowed” lounge area, and teen-friendly culinary options. The Container, located steps from the Resort’s basketball court, is open daily from 12:00 noon to 10:30 pm.
Large, colorful shipping containers house various entertainment and activity options. The cinema container has an 85” television and bean bag chairs for the perfect movie-watching experience. The video game container features Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and two virtual reality areas with different games for teens to enjoy. The gaming container includes table games such as air hockey, billiards, ping pong, pool, foosball, and a Star Wars pinball machine.
Lazy River & Drift Bar
In addition to the above programming, the resort recently unveiled a reinvigorated Lazy River experience, including the brand-new Drift Bar. This addition expands the resort’s pool and beach experience. You can escape daily distractions and enjoy a serene float along the reimagined lazy river, surrounded by lush Mexican landscapes.
With a refreshing drink from Drift Bar, you can indulge in grown-up fun with nostalgic flavors and sophisticated twists. Whether it’s a family day out or a special evening reservation for a private pool party, guests of all ages can enjoy lively activities. The Drift Bar menu features grown-up versions of nostalgic childhood classics and whimsical cocktails, allowing everyone to tap into their inner child.
“Food is the bridge where culture meets the senses, allowing us to savour the rich traditions, flavours, and stories of Mexico,” shares Four Seasons Punta Mita Executive Chef Jorge González. “For this reason, we are excited to open the opportunity for kids to more easily try new things, with the kids 12 and under eat free program this summer. By enjoying items such as sope de queso and churros from the kids menu, in turn, these children will be able learn and embrace the vibrant culture of Riviera Nayarit.”
