Don a chef’s apron and join Peninsula’s award-winning Pastry Chef, Anne Coruble, for an afternoon of dessert-making and tasting.
First, you and your family will step into The Peninsula kitchen. There, Chef Coruble will reveal the secrets behind her signature creations. Learn to make hazelnut spread, crunchy double-chocolate cookies, and soft sugared brioche dough.
Next, gather at Le Lobby for a classic Afternoon Tea. The menu features many of Chef Coruble’s sweet creations. Finally, you can take some of your homemade desserts to share.

- For 2 to 5 guests
- Offered on the first Wednesday of each month, from 3:30 to 6 pm
- Prices are €450 per person for children aged 6–11 and €530 per person for guests aged 12 and over.
